Our code of conduct

At First Timers Club, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members.

Our club is a space where individuals of all backgrounds can come together to enjoy new experiences, make meaningful connections, and enjoy our events in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

RESPECT AND INCLUSION

• We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.

• Treat all members, volunteers, event partners and the general public with kindness and respect.

• Be open-minded and considerate of different perspectives and experiences.

SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT

• First Timers Club has a zero-tolerance policy for anti-social behaviour.

• Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior (including online interactions) is strictly prohibited.

• Alcohol and substance use should be consumed responsibly at club events, in accordance with event guidelines.

PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT

• Engage in activities with a positive attitude and a willingness to participate.

• Be mindful of personal space and consent in all interactions.

• If an issue arises, report concerns to event organizers or club leadership immediately.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Members who violate this Code of Conduct will be removed from specific events, or permanent exclusion from the club at the discretion of the leadership team.

• If you witness any violations, please report them to a club organizer at firsttimerssclub@gmail.com to help maintain our positive community.
